We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Laura Elizabeth Furkins of Columbia, Kentucky, born in Campbellsville, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Michael Landon Furkins. She is survived by: her mother Mary Louise Pelston Furkins of Columbia; her brother Michael Furkins (Grace) of Columbia, KY; her stepfather Paul Anthony Thorpe, Sr. of Columbia; her stepbrother Paul Anthony Thorpe, Jr.; and her aunts and uncles, Phil (Leona Akins), Walter (Marie Pelston), Larry (Carolyn Pelston), Pat (Dale Furkins), Ronnie (Linda Pelston) and Bobby (Charlotte York). She is also survived by several cousins and other friends.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
