He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Leroy Power and Frances Ellen Anthis Harmon; and his sister Jackie Bower. He is survived by: his wife Velma Radford Power; his children, Heather Tomes (Bryan) of Glasgow, KY, Lindsey Manka (Will) of Illinois, Tia Green of Indiana, William Power of Florida and Bridgett Power of Missouri; his stepchildren, Brandon Jones of Lexington, KY and Kendra Smith of Columbia, KY; his grandchildren, Millie Tomes and Lokey William Manka; and his sisters, Kathy Sneed of Columbia, KY and Sandy Hughes of Florida.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the funeral home to assist with cremation expenses.
