He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Jack and Beatrice Scott (Rogers); his wife Norma Scott (Helm); and his brother J. W. Scott. He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Scott Holland (Mike); his grandchildren, Michael Elliot Holland and Kate Holland Ballowe (Colby); his great grandchild Christian Alexander Holland; and his sister Mary Ruth Norris. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Honorary casket bearers: Perry Reeder, Chris Reeder, JM Shelley and David Burris, The family requests donations to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
