She is survived by: her sons, David Thomas (Tina) of Columbia, KY and Johnny Thomas (Rhonda) of Russell Springs, KY; her grandchildren, Krissy Banet, Noah Thomas and Chloe Thomas; and her siblings, Marie Curry of Louisville, KY, Helen Curry, Kelly Burton, Tricia Holt, Diane Marple and Jean Gray. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
