She is survived by: her children, Diane West (Jared) of Columbia, KY and Brian Lintner (Denise) of Matawan, NJ; her grandchildren, Meagan of Kentucky, Brian of Kentucky, McKenzie of Kentucky, Zachary of Kentucky, Joseph of Kentucky, Hayli of Kentucky, Hannah of Kentucky, Miranda of Kentucky, Reesa of Kentucky, Payton of Kentucky and Matthew Lintner (Sondra) of New Jersey; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Jr. and Alexander; and her siblings, Janet Fry of Oregon and Alan Perkowski (Betty) of Texas.
