He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Burress Bandy of Columbia One; his children, Joe Scott Bandy of Columbia Two, Carrie Bandy of Columbia and Lisa Kemp (Danny Downey) of Columbia; his grandsons, Waydon Yates of Lexington, Ethan Pierce of North Carolina, Brandon Pierce of Tennessee, Jacob Pierce of Columbia and Colton Kemp of Columbia Two; and his nieces, Karen O'Daniel and Tammy Hill.
Instead of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital which can be left at the funeral home.
