He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence "Shorty" and Martha Sass Hoffman; his son Jason Hoffman; and his siblings, Larry Lawrence Hoffman, Jr., Clifford "Skip" Hoffman, Ralph Hoffman, Valerie Brooks and Dawn Hicklin.
He is survived by: his children, John Hoffman, Amanda Hoffman, Paul Hoffman, Stephen Hoffman, Luke Edwards, Christina Hale, Doug Hoffman, Jessianna Beavers, Michael Hoffman and Ashley Walker. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
