He is survived by: his wife Sandra Caldwell Kerns of Columbia, Two; his daughters, Michele Kerns Schneider (Reed) of Nicholasville and Melissa Caldwell (Stevie) of Columbia, Six; his grandchildren, Mark, Amanda, Bianca, Jared, James and Mia Grace; his great grandchildren, Chey, Brianna, Logan, Blake, Abby, Kasen and Fiona; his great great grandchildren, Trey and Adalyn; and his siblings, Dallas Kerns of Cox's Creek, One and Mable Barnes of Bardstown Joe.
