She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Elliott and Mary Elizabeth Powell Elliott; and her siblings, Thomas Elliott, Christine Elliott Gibbs and Phyllis Elliott Trammel.
She is survived by: her aunts, Rhoda Elliott and Rachel Miller; her husband Jack Burns Garrett of Columbia; her children, John Patrick Garrett (Jean) of Tompkinsville, Jacqueline Rose Garrett Burton (Steve) of Columbia, Carter, Makayla Rose White, Raven Davis, Eliza and Elam Young; her brother Gary Kay Elliott of Corbin; and her close friends, Bob and Judie Rice of Columbia. She is also survived by Mamaw to her three granddaughters and five great-grandchildren.
