He was predeceased by: his father Jerry L. Smith; his uncles, Charles Hughes, Eugene and Danny Hughes; his aunt Brenda Hughes; and his grandparents, Bill, Bessie Hughes and Ethel Smith.
He is survived by: his mother Ruth Ann Smith; his brothers, Darrin "Speedy" Smith, Aundrae Smith (Fay) of Columbia and Shayne Smith of Bardstown, KY; his daughter Reynah Smith of Elizabethtown, KY; his nieces and nephews, Vakerria Coffey (Nick) of Columbia, Milana Smith of Radcliffe, Asian Smith of Nashville, TN, Daquan Smith of Columbia and Martel Smith of Radcliffe, KY; his great-nephew Keyari Coffey; and his great-niece Nella Coffey of Columbia.
