She was predeceased by: her parents, Vinson McLean and Mary Johnson Butler McLean; and her brother Jimmy McLean. She is survived by: her husband Russell Guy Perkins of Columbia One; her children, Jason Perkins of Columbia One and LaDawn Perkins of Louisville One; her siblings, Lynn B. McLean of Columbia One and Sue Todd Pickett of Shepherdsville One; and her grandson Matthew R. Perkins of Columbia Several. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
