He was predeceased by: his parents, German Price and Ruby Calhoun Price; and his siblings, Estellene Hancock and Claude Price. He is survived by: his wife Flossie Akin Price of Columbia One; his children, Dennis Ray Price of Columbia One and Melanie Ann Ohlmann of Louisville Four; his grandchildren, Amy Rowe (Michael), Meggin Yates (Dennis), Zachary Ohlmann (Jennifer) and Jarred Ohlmann (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Tyler Rowe, Abby Rowe, Molly Hadley, Grant, Brooks, Annabelle and Hattie Ohlmann.
