He was predeceased by: his father Virgil Warren; his wife Audrey Jean Feese Warren; and his siblings, Troy, Benjamin and Eventis Warren.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Shirley (Carl) of Columbia, KY and Steve Warren (Kim) of Union, KY; his grandchildren, Stephanie Shirley, Matthew Shirley, Hannah Burney (Keegan), Abbey Warren, Elijah Warren, Faith Warren and Isaiah Warren; his great grandchildren, Katelynn Shirley, Gabriel Burney and Finn Burney; and his siblings, Russell Warren (Paula) of Knifley, KY, Bonnie Hancock of Knifley, KY, Linda Hughes (Larry) of Knifley, KY and Vonda Welliver of Knifley, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
