He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Sr. Collins and Ruth Jessee Collins; his daughter Crystal Gayle Collins; and his brother Kirk Douglas Collins. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Collins (Jamie) of Lebanon, Stephanie Caldwell (Joe) of Morgantown, Angela Shultz (Charles) of Taylorsville, Jessica Williams (Heath) of Edmonton, Gregory Daniel Collins, Jr. of Nashville, David Collins of Columbia and Sara Wheeler (Mickey) of Columbia One; his siblings, Joe Collins, Jr. of Columbia One and Pamela Bailey of Columbia One; his aunt Edra Nell Collins of Columbia; and his girlfriend Rebecca Holtzclaw of Columbia. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, several other relatives and friends.
