Gracie Green Obituary

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gracie Green (Columbia, Kentucky), who passed away at the age of 92, on May 15, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Golden Nokes Hoover and Sanford Russell Green; her son-in-law Kenny Cowan; her great grandchild Nola Grace Gibson; and her sisters, Dimple Caldwell, Pauline Morgan and Irene Williams.

She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Gibson (Raymond) of Bolin Brook, IL, Jeanette Grant (Danny) of Columbia, Doris Temes (Bob) of Campbellsville, KY and Wanda Roots (Doug) of Columbia. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and other friends.

Due to Covid-19 virus and in accordance with Governor Beshear's orders and the CDC, there will be a private service on Monday at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the McClister Cemetery.
