He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rodgers Norris of Columbia One; and his children, Terry (Rochelle Norris) of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida., Debra (Shawn Grass) of Greenfield and Lisa (Ray Schmitt) of Hesston.
