He was predeceased by: his parents, Holland Loy and Nina Wilson Loy; his brothers, Bobby W. Loy and Harry Loy; and his sisters-in-law, Julia Loy, Odean Loy and Joan Loy (Patricia Fisher).
He is survived by: his brother Marshall Loy of Columbia One; his sister-in-law Nancy Loy of Columbia; and his nieces and nephews, Janet Parrish, Cheryl Corbin (Barry), Carolyn Hale (Anthony), Steven Loy (Molly), Angela Cook (Bryan) and Michael Loy (Robin). He is also survived by 13 great-nieces and great-nephews, six great-great nieces and nephews and expecting the seventh great-great nephew.
