He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Grizzell and Lucille Bostic Grizzell; and his brothers, Jerry Grizzell and Richard Grizzell. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Slater; his stepdaughter Jennifer Nash of Cave City, Arkansas; his siblings, Wayne Grizzell of Highland, Davis Grizzell of Columbia, Esther Harris (Bob) of Wilmington and Jane Brooks (Jack) of Spiceland, Indiana; and his granddaughters, Chablee Jackson, Amber Alford and Britney Collins.
