He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell D. Grasham and Helen Burdette Grasham; his brother Norman L. Burdette; and his parents-in-law, Cosby C. and Lanie Munday.

He is survived by: his wife Pamela Grasham; his brother Lowell E. Grasham (Jody); his niece Heather Rousseau; and his nephew Robert Grasham.
