He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Carter West of Columbia, KY; his children, Brad West of Columbia, KY, Brian West (Samantha) of Columbia, KY, Amanda Denney of Somerset, KY and Adam P. West (Ashley) of Atlanta, GA; his stepson Dale M. Seaborn (Michelle) of Campbellsville, KY; his daughter-in-law Sandy West of Las Vegas, NV; his granddaughters, Ava, Kristina and Julep Rose West; his great grandchildren, Jolene and Kaliya West; his stepgrandchildren, Elizabeth, Kara Seaborn, Bryer, Brantlee McGuffin, Bryce and Jeffrey Lucas; his sisters, Nancy Ellis (Kelly) of Columbia, KY and Phyllis Gooden of Campbellsville, KY; and his mother-in-law Rebecca Melton of Columbia, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
