He was predeceased by: his parents, Hansel Loy and Rosa Gladys Hill Loy; his siblings, Betty Murphy, Peggy Furkin and Harold Loy; and his daughter-in-law Mary Loy.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Loy of Michigan, Lisa Neat (Rick) of Glensfork, KY, Darlene Jessie (Wayne) of Edmonton, KY and Sheila Hunt (Russell) of Columbia, KY; his grandchildren, Rikki Michelle Neat Pooler (Jacob), Joshua Loy, Nathan Loy, Autumn Loy and Isabelle Jessie; his great grandchildren, Kristan Hammons and Ivar Blanton; and his brother Raymond Loy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
