We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2022, at the age of 79, Frank Marshall Newby of Columbia, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Newby and Nina Iris Hunter Newby; and his wife Phyllis Ann Newby. He is survived by: his children, Frank R. B. Newby of Columbia Two, Cheryl Bell (Eric) of Jamestown, Moneak Edwards (Jeff) of Indiana, Anton Newby of Lexington and Jordan Nixon of Columbia; his siblings, Marvin Newby, Irene, Patricia, Jeanna and Angela; and his grandchildren, Rhyann Edwards and Mannix Bell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, brothers-in law and sisters-in law Frank will be missed by his family and friends.
