She is survived by: her grandson Richard Edward Paul of Louisville, KY; her stepgrandchildren, Samantha Jones (Casey) and Justin Childress; her stepgreat-granddaughters, Penelope and Willow Jones; her daughter-in-law Wilma Jean Paul of Louisville, KY; her siblings-in-law, Violet Keltner and Junior Brown (Marilyn); her daughter-in-law Vickie Withers Thompson; her nephews, Rod, Brad and Rick Keltner; her caregiver Cara Brown (Chad); and also, Macy Shively and Ally Brown.
