He is survived by: his wife Penny Case of Columbia, KY; his children, Lisa Jenene Earl (Martin S.) of Sturgis, SD and Tony D. Case of Columbia, KY; his grandchildren, Samuel J. Earl of Sioux Falls, SD and Rachel E. Earl of Pensacola, FL; and his brothers, Bobby J. Case of Lynn, NC, Alvin Case of Greenville, SC, Calvin Case (Nancy) of Hendersonville, NC and Billy Joe Hurley of Lynn, NC..
