She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Couch and Flarence Couch; and her close friend Helen Murray. She is survived by: her close friend James Campbell; her sister Nan Fudge; and her close friend Shirley Bailey of Glensfork, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
