He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Sparks Coffey of Montpelier, KY; his son Shannon "Radar" Coffey (Michelle) of Franklin, IN; his grandchildren, Alexis Carrillo (Justin) and Sawyer Coffey; his great grandchild Rory Carrillo; his siblings, Gene Coffey (Lillie) of Louisville, KY, Carl Coffey (June) of Shepherdsville, KY, Ina Smith of Louisville, KY and Guinda Miller (Bobby) of Columbus, OH; and his sister-in-law Ada Coffey of Columbia, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
