Juliet, TN and Kelvin Kerns (Nicole) of Columbia, KY; his stepgrandchildren, Kyle, Kameron, Kassity Shepherd and Courtney Kerns; his stepgreat-grandson Walker Shepherd; and his sister-in-law Norma Jean Shirley of Columbia, KY..
