He is survived by: his wife Cindy Walker Perry of Sparksville, KY; his son John Walker Perry of Calvary, KY; his brothers, Danny Perry (Donna) of Louisville, KY and James Perry (Teresa) of Louisville, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Dennis, Darren, David, Wes, Dalton, Dakota, Paxton, Katie Perry and Myrtie Parsley.
