He was predeceased by: his father Roger Lynn Cowan. He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Thomas; his stepfather Fred Thomas of Columbia; his children, Kiara Cowan of Russell Springs, Cash Cowan of Russell Springs and Cecilia Salyers of Taylor County; his sister Stephanie; his brother-in-law Kevin Kruizenga of Campbellsville One; his half-brother Taylor Cowan; his nephew Maddix Vaughn; his nieces, Greenlee Vaughn and Audrey Kruizenga; and his aunts, Linda Simmons of Glens Fork and Leoda Curry of Campbellsville. He is also survived by Several other aunt, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
