He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollin Willis and Martha Elizabeth Tupman Kemp. He is survived by: his cousins, Leslie Kemp Hudson (Keith), Brian Kemp, James Tupman, Radine Lile, Brent Kemp and Mark Kemp.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home (210 Greensburg St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
