It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Dewey Scott of Columbia, Kentucky, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Scott and Allene Absher. He is survived by: his children, David Douglas Scott (Juanita) of Columbia, KY and Shannon Renee Scott Gadberry of Columbia, KY; his grandsons, Jonathan Scott (Billie Elizabeth), Corey Scott (Harlie), Anthony Alley (Ashley) and Cody Gadberry; his great grandchildren, Jaden, Rory, Riley Scott, Levi Money, Lanie Wilbanks, Timree and Layton Alley; and his sister Marlene Flatt (Melvin) of Columbia, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
