He was predeceased by: his father Walter Green; his wife Mary Victoria "Vicky" Loy Green; and his brother Charles Henry Green. He is survived by: his children, Terri Joiner (David) of Reno, Bonnie Manning (Jeff) of Indian Harbour, FL and Norman Green (Diane) of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, William Hatch (Rebecca), Robert Foster, Samuel Foster, Summer Fletcher (David), Aaron Joiner (Mary) and Ashley Joiner; his stepgrandchildren, Kelly Wilson (Derick), Sarah Smith (Steven) and Amanda Guess (Chris); his siblings, Allen Green of Columbia, KY, Walter Floyd Green (Beannie) of Glasgow, KY and Reedafaye Dykes of Louisville, KY; and his sister-in-law Alma Green of Columbia, KY. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
A deacon, elder, and a man who played guitar and sang in nursing homes to the shut ins until Covid hit.
