She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo John and Helen Rue Waite; her children, Mindy Sue Waite Butler and Danny Butler; and her brother Louis Paul Waite.

She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Scott Butler of Columbia; her children, Amanda Ann Butler, Linda Marie Moraczewski, Alex Davey, Alicia, Shawn, Joshua, Jordan, Andrew, Liberty and Riven Butler; and her brothers, Steve, Larry and Fred Waite. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
