He is survived by: his wife Donna Wayman Cowan of Columbia, KY; his children, Charity Adkins of Columbia, KY, Jacob Greenwell (Stephanie) of Ponca City, OK and Michelle Cowan (Joseph Rose) of Cave City, KY; and his brothers, Kenneth Cowan (Marlene) of Columbia, KY and Gilbert Cowan (Carolyn) of Columbia, KY. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
