He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzay Kelley and Pearl Mae Earls Kelley; and his son Todd Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Janice Grant Kelley of Columbia, KY; his daughters, Stacie Lynn and Lori Ann; and his brothers, Ronald Kelley and Ted Kelley (Sharon). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
