He is survived by: his wife Vickie Petty; his children, Troy Dean Petty (Amber) of Columbia One, Wayne Smith of Columbia One and Sheila Richard (William) of Chicago Four; and his sisters, Irene Furkins of Columbia, Judy Bunch of Columbia, Vicki Melson of Columbia and Teresa Scott. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
