He is survived by: his wife Annette Yarberry Coomer of Columbia, KY; his son Eric Coomer of Columbia, KY; his grandson Ethan Sampson Coomer of Columbia, KY; and his siblings, Selby Coomer (Shirley) of Mayfield, KY, Dalton Coomer of Columbia, Darrell Coomer (Connie) of Columbia, Gary Coomer (Virginia) of Columbia, Loy Coomer (Rita) of Columbia and Carolyn Coomer of Columbia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
