She was predeceased by: her father Owen Lee; her son Sherman Dale Darnell; her great grandchildren, Gavin Neat, Makayla Cravens and Mia Darnell; her daughter-in-law Pat Darnell; and her siblings, Floyd Claywell and Rebecca Grant.
She is survived by: her children, Fredia Kay Melton (Doug) of Columbia, Shirl Davis Darnell (Julia) of Columbia, Danny Dean Darnell of Columbia and Douglas Ray Darnell (Rebecca) of Russell Springs, KY; her grandchildren, Dayna Parnell (Mark), Christopher Darnell (Jennie Snider), Ashley Neat (Jason), LaShonda Darnell, Glen Wells (Amy), Anthony Darnell (Shanna), Adam Darnell (Karen), Tonya Roy (Dennis), Talitha Cravens (Phillip), Jeremy Darnell (Kisha), Brian Johnson, Bridgett Mouser (Joey) and Sonya Melton Burton; and her siblings, Molten Claywell (Betty) of Fredericksburg, IN, Calvin Claywell (Emina) of Pennsylvania and Edith Hadley (Elbert) of Columbia, KY. She is also survived by thirty-one great grandchildren and twelve great great grandchildren.
