She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank L. Jr. Crum and Ruby Ellen Conover Crum; her husband George A. Hale; and her brother Frank L. Crum, III. She is survived by: her stepchildren, George Hale, Jr. of Louisville and Cathy Logan of Louisville; and her sisters, Sandy Tackett of Calabash, Darlene Shepard (Dennis) of Louisville and Robin Phegley of Louisville. She is also survived by Three nephews, one niece, three step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Grissom-Martin Funeral Home (200 Campbellsville St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
