He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlin Mings and Tolou Mings; and his siblings, Kenneth Mings, Freda Stotts, Helen Bradley and Ruby Cave.
He is survived by: his wife Delilah Mings; his stepchildren, Jennifer McQueary of Jamestown, Lindsey Gosser (Chad) of Russell Springs and Adam Wilson (Lindsey) of Mackville; his sister Shirley Murphy of Campbellsville; and his nephew Stanley Becker of Columbia. He is also survived by four grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the charity of the donor's choice.
