He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Kelsay and Opal Richards Kelsay. He is survived by: his wife Maylene Spencer Kelsay of Columbia Three; his children, Carl Dwayne Kelsay of Columbia, David Allen Kelsay (April Stotts) of Columbia, Stephen Allen Kelsay (Haley) of Columbia and Charlotte May Kelsay (Joseph Harrison) of Columbia One; and his siblings, Randy Kelsay of Columbia Four, Frances Courtney of Somerset, Lola Coy of Columbia, Mary Kelsay of Columbia and Lisa Courtney of Breeding.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Grissom-Martin Funeral Home (200 Campbellsville St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
