It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Burchell Couch (Columbia, Kentucky), born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on March 17, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Couch and Leona Couch (Turner); his son Burchell "Bub" Couch, Jr.; and his siblings, Ralph Couch, Bige Couch, Bethel Couch, Sidney Couch, Mary Belle Couch and Thelma Hart.

He is survived by: his wife Sybil Couch (Goodin); his daughters, Darlene Bunch (Doyle) of Columbia and Mary Couch (Nick Gibson) of Somerset; and his sisters, Sophia Walker of South Carolina, Sue Phelps of Corbin, Mae Hamblin (Robert) of Corbin, Louise Mosley of London and Cristeen Mayberry of Cookeville, TN. He is also survived by Four grandchildren, Seven great-grandchildren.
