She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Downey and Thirsie Keltner Downey; her husband Bob Hatcher; her siblings, Coy, Hollis, Thomas, Kenneth, Arlin Downey, Diana Stone and Zenith Hatcher; and her grandchild Skyler Hatcher.

She is survived by: her children, Jeff Hatcher (Vicki) of Columbia One, Randy Hatcher (Sharon Gupton) of Columbia One, Brad Hatcher (Melinda Knight) of Columbia One and Miranda Hatcher of Columbia One; her siblings, Jimmie Downey of Columbia Two, Evon Legg of Columbia and Geneva Holmes of Columbia; her grandchildren, Malisha Hatcher (Austin Henderson), Blake Hatcher (Abby), Zack Hatcher, Tristen Keith, Austin Hatcher, Jeffery Burton (Kristy) and Stephanie Richards; and her great grandchildren, Krew Henderson, Autumn Burton of Jordan Burton, J. R and Kelsay.
