She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Wurts and Faye Wurts (Gould); her children, Jim Schaeffer (Ann) of Kentucky, Susan "Sue" Casagranda (Bruce) of Crystal Falls, Vivian "Vicki" Holovach (Conrad) of Lake and Cathy McKibben of Kentucky; and her husband Bill Schaeffer. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
