It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beatrice Beard of Columbia, Kentucky, who passed away on March 1, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Horace Pearman Beard "Harry"; her parents, Joseph Haskin Coomer and Myrtle Coomer (Janes) of Columbia, KY; and her siblings, Bernice Murphy (Coomer) of Columbia and Norman Coomer of Columbia.
She is survived by: her son James Douglas Beard "Doug" of Columbia; and her nieces and nephews, Steve Coomer (Lou Ann), Glenn Murphy (Cynthia), Susan Willis (Mark) and Anjanette Volk (late Mike).
