She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Noah Middleton and Wilma McClure Middleton; her husband Mickey O. Perry of Columbia Three; her children, John Oliva of Louisville, Daniel Oliva of Chicago, Chris Oliva of Indianapolis and Michelle Oliva of Portland; her sister Carolyn Coffey; and her grandchildren, John, Dahlia, Lito and Leo Oliva. She was also cherished by Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
