She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Grant (Glen Corbin) of Columbia, KY, Cindy West (Brian) of Russell Springs, KY and Mike Crockett (Kathy) of Glensfork, KY; her grandchildren, Ashley Adamson, Kevin Crockett, Coty Crockett, Whitney Crockett, Terence West, Treyton Grant and Paisley West; her great grandchildren, Gracin, Grant Adamson, Haley, Molly McGoffin, Gwenyvere Crockett and Gemma West; and her sister Lois Holt of Somerset, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
