He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Ephraim and Ella Frances Edwards Keltner; his wife Mary Alma Hubbard Keltner; his son David Randall Keltner; his siblings, Owen, Otis, Coakley, Coy Keltner and Frances Paxton; and his great grandchild Case Wayde Keltner.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Ann Curry (Gary) of Columbia, KY and Billy Wayde Keltner (Sondra) of Columbia, KY; his daughter-in-law Tanda Keltner of Lebanon, TN; his grandchildren, Jason Curry of Columbia, KY, Michael Wayde Keltner (Amanda) of Columbia, KY, Sarah Veatch of Columbia, KY and Brandy Spicer of Georgia; and his great grandchildren, Kimber Keltner, David Veatch and Lennie Veatch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
