He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Boyer Fugate; his children, Yvonne Johnson (Mike), Paul Fugate, Jr. (Kristal) and Glenn Fugate (Tessa); his grandchildren, Brandi Johnson, Shaun Johnson, David Paul Fugate and Oliva Fugate; his children, Chase Shipman and Adessa Johnson; and his siblings, Wayne Fugate (Tina), Janice Cornett and Martha Lumpkins Gambrel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives.
