She was predeceased by: her father John Lester Stephens; and her daughter Makayla Grace Rowe. She is survived by: her mother Blanche Skidmore Stephens Osborne; her sons, Jerome Vincent Odell Rice and Austin Michael Rowe; and her brothers, John T. Stephens of Coldiron, Nicholas Stephens (Kathryn) of Coldiron and Gregory Stephens of Coldiron.
